Membership Platform Pro – Terms & Conditions

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription & Billing:

Membership Platform Pro is a monthly subscription service. Your card will be charged a one time Platform Activation fee of $497 or $197 and the applicable monthly subscription of either $197 or $97 today depending your your plan, and then every 30 days until you choose to cancel.

This subscription includes ongoing access to the platform, the Membership Momentum Builder Course, weekly live coaching, and all included templates, workflows, and resources.

Cancellation Policy:

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request by contacting support@pamelaabrewer.com.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be processed after that point.

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the platform, the training materials, coaching calls, and any content or membership assets stored inside the system.

Failed Payment Policy:

Your subscription requires a valid, up-to-date payment method on file.

Failed payments for any reason (including expired cards, declined transactions, or insufficient funds) will result in the immediate suspension of your access to the Membership Platform Pro system.

If payment is not resolved within 5 business days, your access to the platform, training materials, coaching calls, and any stored membership assets will be discontinued and cannot be recovered.

It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current to avoid interruption of service.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of this digital subscription and the immediate access provided to proprietary tools, training, and resources, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a subscription with no refund option.

Access & Usage Rights:

All content, templates, workflows, and training materials included with Membership Platform Pro are licensed for your personal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any materials outside your own business is strictly prohibited.

Platform Terms:

Membership Platform Pro is powered by AccountingProApp, built on the GHL (GoHighLevel) framework, and customized specifically for accountants and bookkeepers. Platform features, tools, and third-party integrations may change or be updated periodically as the software evolves.
