Other cost required outside of your monthly subscription are email usage which is an additional charge of $10 for 10,000 email credits. Purchasing a domain name and a business email address also happens separately, outside of the platform. As well as any phone usage if you decide to use that service.

Yes, when you create a contact or invoice in QBO it will sync back to the platform.
